I don't know about you but whenever I want cookies, I don't have a lot of time to make cookies from scratch. I normally only have a few minutes to whip them up. These cookies never fail me! Cookies from a cake-mix. Seriously, the best and the easiest!
The best part about these cookies is that all you need are the ingredients to a cake mix cake. Minus the water. I have made cookies like this with every kind of cake mix possible, in the same manner, and they have all turned out wonderful!
All you need to do is take a cake mix and mix in the ingredients called for EXCEPT the water. Normally that is oil, eggs, and cakemix.
Easy Peasy!
Then put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 7-9 minutes.
Want to go a little further? Add a little frosting and sandwich 2 cookies together to make a moon pie!.
