The baby rag quilts for sale are made with two layers of fabric: a solid quality soft flannel, and a mixture of cotton fabrics on the top. The exposed ragged seams are clipped before washing. The quilt will be washed once to begin the ragging process.

Who wants to go on a Safari? The Handsomest Safari Nursery Around!

 As a mom of young children, I know a safari just isn't quite in the cards for me.  Would I love to go?  Heck yes!

But am I going to go?  Nope

So for now, I am going to enjoy my little boy safari nursery!

Elephant Crib Quilt and Matching Diaper Bag

I've got a song stuck in my head.  Its the song for my littlest girls dance routine...

It starts out at

"Don't Worray, about a Thang.  Every little things, gonna be alright"

Maybe its stuck in my head for a reason.

Probably.....

So, just for a minute....

I am going to take the advice of the song and not worry. 

Just for a minute though, because really, I don't know what being a mom is like without worrying.  It's the way I am.  And I hear....It only gets worse.

Navy Blue and Gray Elephant Rag Quilt

This has been one of my most popular rag quilt designs. It doesn't seem to matter which color I combine with the gray it results in a stunning and modern quilt for boys and girls. I love every single one of them!

Today, the combination is gray and navy blue.  I love the harsh contrast between dark and light!
